A large scale leading Education enterprise is exclusively partnering with Hays to source this important role within their HR team. This organisation is evolving and innovating, with this role playing a large part in this journey. The company has multiple sites across Sydney and NSW, and is committed to creating opportunities by developing its customers and students. This is a permanent role paying up to $180k package (incl. super).

**Your new role**

The Manager, Talent Management & Acquisition Strategies will support the innovation and development of talent attraction and retention strategies. You will be enhancing strategic frameworks, tools, policies and guidelines for Talent Management and Acquisition across NSW. The role will have three direct reports, and will not be actively recruiting roles. Your accountabilities will include:

- Research that supports the implementation of contemporary practices that measurably improve the talent acquisition activities
- Consult with a broad range of stakeholders in relation to strategic Talent Strategies needs in order to design, develop and implement strategies
- Lead the development of talent management and acquisition expertise and build the capability for the broader organisation to improve in this area.
- Engage and manage external agencies, vendors and RPO relationships where required.
- Research, design, implement and continuously improve an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that articulates the many benefits of working with the organisation
- Manage internal and external talent pools including succession planning, career pathways, internal mobility programs
- Research and analysis of data that will be used to identify predictive employment trends

Demonstrated understanding of a diverse range of contemporary talent acquisition and management strategies aligned with the duties outlined. Exceptional skillset in project and program management, creative and outcomes focused. Able to work to deadlines and problem solve creatively. Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement to achieve change.

Salary $180k package (163k base). 38 hr week. Leave loading offered. Hybrid 3 in office, 2 from home.

Location is flex: campuses across the state of NSW so can be attending different locations.
