**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Talent Projects Lead you will:

- Lead internal talent projects, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Partner with People and Culture Partners and talent acquisition teams (RPO and MSP) to design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, leveraging market research and industry best practice
- Proactively analyse recruitment processes and talent metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide talent insights to support workforce capability decisions
- Contribute to the development of a clearly articulated Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positions icare as an employer of choice

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant tertiary education in a people related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to project manage challenging interdependent programs and initiatives with multiple, invested stakeholders
- Able to analyse complex issues, problem solve, develop business plans, and implement comprehensive strategies
- Thinks commercially and systematically with proven ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions
- Extensive HR operational planning experience combined with experience in a leadership role in human resource management
