**THE ORGANISATION**

In this dynamic, high-performance environment, you'll spearhead talent management enhancements and drive cultural shifts across the business.

**THE ROLE**
As an integral member of our innovative and imaginative project team, you'll craft training solutions aligned with commercial objectives. Dive into a plethora of Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) initiatives, from establishing capability frameworks to integrating cutting-edge tools into our Learning Management System (LMS). Take charge of designing and executing transformative onboarding experiences for senior staff and leadership teams, while orchestrating efficiency and leadership development programs company-wide. Your portfolio will encompass diverse projects, including apprenticeship strategy rollouts and learning governance programs. Additionally, you'll oversee mentoring initiatives, digital learning resources, and provide coaching and training to our People & Culture team. With a strategic lens, you'll drive workforce planning, nurture employee engagement, and cultivate an organisational culture of excellence.
