**About this role**
- Source for highly skilled personnel for some of the key Australian defence projects
**This is a 6 month contract to support the influx of roles we are managing currently.**
**Key responsibilities**
- Build talent pools and network with future talent
- Maintain agreed, regular contact with key clients, agree recruitment processes and coordinate interview timings and feedback
- Generate leads and referrals
- Contribute to Kinexus market research and data analytics services
- Support your team mates to achieve their outcomes
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database
- Contribute to Kinexus market research and data analytics services
**Skills & experience needed**
- Prior experience in a recruitment experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Have a keen interest in technology, engineering or Defence
- Stakeholder relationship or customer service experience highly considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Australian Defence Force veterans highly regarded
- Desire to contribute to something big - the security of Australia
