**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Culture, Talent & People Development, this role is a key leadership role in the Culture, Talent and People Development portfolio, and the wider HR community in driving our employee experience at Rabobank.

Core strategic priorities include:

- Leading a team of professionals who drive the leadership development agenda and build capability across the business - AU and NZ
- Oversight of the organisational culture agenda including survey reporting, insights, action planning and support of the culture coache community and ongoing activities.
- Drive an inclusive culture through annual plan and Rabobank Inclusion, Equity & Belonging strategy
- Developing skilled and capable leaders who deliver on excellent customer service. This includes supporting the approach to Talent Management, succession planning and embedding leadership frameworks
- Partnering with the Head of Culture, Talent and People Development on the writing of papers for board and executive committee papers and thought leadership.
- Oversight of employee engagement insights and linkages to culture
- Partnering with the HR team to empower employees in alignment with strategic and cultural vision

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, adult learning, organisational development, strategy or business/commerce
- Accreditation in a range of diagnostic tools (eg. Human Synergistics LSI/OCI)
- Strong experience in Human Resources and corporate learning and development
- Expertise in organisational effectiveness and change
- Financial Services expertise highly valued
- Global corporate experience highly valued
- Knowledge of organisational culture & strategic HR expertise
- Team leadership highly valued
