The role of a Talent Acquisition Lead at Lendlease is a strategic thinking, leadership role, managing a small team of TA Partners and overseeing several key business units and stakeholders.
What the role will include- Mentor, coach and support a small team of TA Partners through 1:1’s and team activities.-
- Network across the business and act as the point of contact for TA escalations.- Support your team to develop long and short-term sourcing strategies, that align to the business needs and support the implementation of those strategies.- Using data to monitor workload, team performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities to further develop the TA service.- Partner with senior leaders to develop market maps, collate insights and recruit for senior positions.- Act as a TA ambassador across the business, working closely with our P&C community on key programs and initiatives.- Managing team governance across our TA systems and processes, to ensure consistency.
Requirements for the role- Extensive perm recruiting experience from Talent Acquisition roles within complex organisations.- Strong leadership skills with experience of managing TA teams previously and building capability.- Seasoned business partnering, networking and relationship building skills.- A strategic thinker who can think outside the box, solution for the business and the team to solve problems quickly.- Demonstrate experience of working in a complex environment with competing business priorities.- Comfort working with data, interpreting information, presenting, and facilitating training sessions.- Experience working with cloud-based software; ideally a sound understanding of Workday, CRM platforms and creative sourcing methods.- A good understanding of implementing D&I initiatives.
