With the combination of top quality and in-demand product stocked in multiple warehouses, innovative product catalogues, integrated stock/sales computer software and dedicated customer service/warehouse staff, a fantastic future awaits a motivated and dynamic individual to join a continually expanding and successful business. **Based at Dandenong South, a great opportunity awaits for an experienced professional in internal account management/sales. **This is a key role where you be supported by dedicated external sales, accounts, marketing and warehouse team in addition to unlimited support from existing sales/customer service team members throughout Australia. **Duties include**: - Support existing customers with the goal of increasing sales of the Glass Outlet suite of products - Identifying and securing new customers and business opportunities - Assisting with phone enquiries for sales and product information - Collaboratively working with on-the-road Sales Representatives with customer service matters - Communicating to customers new product releases - Generating quotes and sales orders - Assisting with customer service matters and administration generally **Skills required**: - Prior experience in the building industry with a basic knowledge of glass, aluminium, stainless steel etc is ideal but not essential - A history of managing accounts and ability to respond professionally in customer interactions - Excellent time management - Experience with software packages which relate to goods in/goods out - Excellent communication - verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and a "can do attitude" - Enjoy working in a team environment This is a permanent, full time position ideal for a person offering an immediate start with full training provided.
