Our business supports industry partners including high volume mail houses and printers all over Australia with all types of envelopes from plain to fully customised envelope solutions.

**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced sales/customer service representative to join our team as an Internal Account Manager to nurture and grow an existing customer base. Location Dandenong South, Victoria.

In this dynamic, fast paced role where you will be responsible for:

- Providing seamless account management to new and existing customers
- Identifying opportunities to develop new business within existing customers and exceed sales objectives.
- Building and develop long-term relationships with new customers as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Maximising profitable sales and budgets for your territory.
- Ensuring timely responses to client communications and provide appropriate support including RFQ, processing orders, proofing, general inquiries and working with internal departments.
- Preparing reports on your territory and customers as required

**Skills & experience**
- Previous sales/customer service experience within printing / manufacturing background will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- An ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail

A bonus structure is offered for meeting and exceeding targets.

Salary negotiable, based on experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
