**The Opportunity**

Are you an organized and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? If so, you will thrive in our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to provide support to the Managing Director, ANZ and two Vice Presidents within the APJ region, coordinate exciting events, and contribute to a collaborative culture.

The Executive Assistant will perform, coordinate and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support to the Managing Director & two VPs.

As this role will be providing support to senior leaders within the organization, the incumbent may have access to confidential and sensitive information. To this end, the incumbent is expected to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, independence, proactiveness, flexibility and availability for optimal support to the respective business leaders.

The Executive Assistant must be competent in performing tasks with mínimal support and demonstrate, resilience, and professionalism when handling difficult situations. They would need to be proficient in managing competing priorities and have good time management and organizational skills.

**About the Team**

With a focus on team coordination and effective planning, the mission of the role at Nutanix is to support the organization’s strategic goals through seamless administrative assistance, while fostering a positive and engaging work culture among team members.

You will report to the Managing Director, ANZ who adopts a collaborative and hands-on leadership style, emphasizing the importance of proactivity and flexibility within the work environment. The team operates in a hybrid work setup, requiring the new hire to work in the office two days a week.

**Your Role**
- Manage and maintain complex and changing calendars, schedule appointments/internal and external meetings, manage domestic and international travel for stakeholders, and other organizational functions.
- Screen incoming correspondence to support the executive in prioritizing the required follow-up and/or actions.
- Deliver proactive administrative assistance, demonstrating a strong ability to foresee the needs of executives and the organization, effectively streamlining their schedules, and identifying, initiating, and implementing thoughtful solutions and recommendations.
- Serve as the key liaison to ensure that customers, partners, distributors, and internal executives are hosted in a professional and timely manner, while ensuring compliance with Nutanix’s requirements during their time on office premises.
- Be a culture ambassador, work collaboratively with all employees within Nutanix to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate and organize regular leadership team meetings (e.g., weekly LT meetings, and QBR’s), including support in developing the agenda, taking accurate meeting minutes, managing action items & working with ANZ SLT to follow through on them in a timely manner.
- Administration support for the ANZ team for procurement (raising purchase orders for suppliers, invoicing to finance dept, liaising with suppliers re: payments, tracking PO numbers).
- Support event organising as required for the ANZ region, especially activities like site wide volunteering drives and other team-building activities.
- Assist with expense reports through relevant systems.
- Play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.
- Provide any other administrative support and ad-hoc cross-coverage of administration staff with other EA’s in the region as necessary.

**Work Arrangement**

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
