**A snapshot of your role**:

- Provide five-star administrative assistance, including booking international travel, coordinating intineraries across multiple teams, organising events and accommodation as required
- Leverage your tech skills to manage various digital tools, ensuring systems reflect accurate and updated data and communication is streamlined across various departments
- Assist in project management, helping your executives ensure tasks are delivered on time, teams are collaborating efficiently and unexpected issues are addressed in timely manner
- Prepare and attend internal and external meetings, preparing compelling presentations, collating reports and recording key takeaways for post-meeting implementation
