You are an experienced team assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career. As someone who sees themselves stepping into the shoes of an executive assistant, this role will become the perfect building block to getting you there You are comfortable supporting multiple high-level executives and a team of consultants, keeping on-top of all tasks with excellent attention to detail. Your ability to communicate crystal clearly, both in written and verbal aspects will be crucial as you manage multiple individuals across the office. You have excellent time management skills, being able to prioritise your workload effectively, taking charge of what is most important to yourself and the team. Your integrity and hardworking nature go hand in hand with your desire to produce work that meets the highest of professional standards.

**A snapshot of your role.**:

- Assist the team and executives with daily tasks including diary management, scheduling meetings and agendas
- Manage all office tasks from expense reconciliation to maintenance of facilities and inventory
- Collate research for documents., reports and presentations using advanced MS Office skills
- Meet and greet clients and manage stakeholder engagement with utmost professionalism and confidentiality
- Oversee the drafting and creation of content and information for websites, social media and client packs
