We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a full-time, permanent **Executive Assistant **based in our Sydney Office.
This is a busy and dynamic role, where you will work closely with and support the **Home Claims & Building Services EGM & Leadership Team, **as well as be a key player in various projects.
**The key responsibilities for this position include**:
- Provide quality and timely support to the CEO and Executive Team
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes
- Collate and co-ordinate data and prepare presentations
- Manage projects, as required
- Coordinate travel, catering, and all aspects of larger scale executive meetings
- Process invoices, expenses, and other ad hoc administrative tasks
**The key skills required for this role include**:
- Proven experience in a similar administration/executive support role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Sound IT literacy in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe suite would be advantageous
- Analytic and problem-solving skills and initiative
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Flexible and positive attitude
