This client, a Global Logistics and Shipping company is seeking a suitably qualified Collections Officer to join their team to assist with a project, working full time hours until Christmas.

The role is to look after partial ledgers for two states whilst the existing team are working on another project. There is a requirement to make outbound calls to customers, third parties and suppliers and use negotiation and problem solving skills to attain positive commercial outcomes. There is a requirement to manage overdue debts as required.

Previous collections experience is required along with effective communication and excel skills.

Hours of work are 9am to 5pm working onsite in the company office at Melbourne Airport.
