**The Role**
This role will deliver accurate and efficient administration of billing and collections whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service to ensure an industry leading experience.
Day to day responsibilities will also include:
- Manage billing, collections for national work-flow and build and maintain relationships with health funds
- Demonstrate operational efficiency by providing accurate billing and collection of accounts
**You**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- AR/Collections background preferred; or hospital administration or bookkeeping
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, strong work ethic and enjoys a challenge
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities
- Team player - enjoys a collaborative environment
**What's on Offer?**
- Monday-Friday; with flexible start and finish times
- WFH 2-3 days per week
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- $69,160 package
- Commence in September
- Glen Waverley location
- Uniform provided with Casual Friday's
