**Your new role**
You will be providing professional support to the Executive General Manager and the General Manager. You will be responsible for providing a range of duties including:

- Complex diary management
- Manage travel and accommodation requirements
- Manage personal tasks on demand.
- Prepare information for meetings, appointments, and presentations
- Produce correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate onsite/offsite conferences, meetings and events.
- Prepare agenda and minute taking.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant Executive Assistant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels in the organisation
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities
- Ability to respond to urgent requests and meet deadlines
