**A bit about the role**

Being able to drive client satisfaction, work with multiple teams and manage your time effectively, will be a key part of this role.

In this role you will:

- Get to know the INX products inside out.
- Ensure that all support tickets are logged, managed, and resolved effectively.
- Engage and collaborate with internal teams to resolve support tickets.
- Be prepared to work shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm AWST (Perth) and 6am to 2pm ACDT / ACST (Adelaide)
- Be part of a weekend on-call roster (every 4-6 weeks).

**A little about you**

We're looking for somebody that is positive and enthusiastic with a customer-centric attitude. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a natural analytical approach to problem-solving.

- A tertiary qualification related to software engineering or similar discipline
- Hands on experience using SQL highly regarded
- Knowledge of ITIL framework a plus
