As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you'll help optimise how we deliver services across WA through smooth integration and implementation of efficient and highly capable digital tools that simplify work and amplify our mission. You'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking Data & Systems Team, using tools like Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to bring smart solutions to life.

This role also includes acting as a senior escalation point for application-related issues, providing technical guidance to the broader business, and supporting integration and data quality initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and enhancing low-code apps and automations with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
  • Providing advanced support and troubleshooting for complex system issues and serve as an escalation point for application-related incidents.
  • Managing and coordinating digital enhancement projects and contribute technical input to larger system initiatives.
  • Maintaining strong documentation standards across our system configurations, workflows, and change management.
  • Contributing to continuous system improvements, platform performance, and user experience.
  • Mentoring and growing our Application Support Analysts and team members.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience configuring and customising Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including JavaScript (onLoad/offLoad), formula/calculated fields, and workflow automation in Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating systems and APIs (SOAP/REST) with secure data handling and Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployment processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain reports and analytics using Power BI, SQL, and scripting (e.g., Python).
  • Experience documenting systems, creating training materials, and supporting end users.
  • Ideally, experience in community, NFP, or public sector environments.
