**The Role**

Our ambition at Endeavour is to make a positive imprint. To achieve this we have developed a detailed Sustainability Strategy with a range of goals, commitments and initiatives.

The Sustainability team works with colleagues across the business to deliver on our commitments, driving activities and programs while managing data, reporting and other work to help share the positive stories with numerous stakeholders.

This new role will support these initiatives, working closely with the sustainability team members across the all three pillars (responsibility and community; people; and planet). The role will support the collation of key data to meet internal and external reporting requirements, while supporting annual reporting activities and working closely with the sustainability leads as the Company evolves its ESG strategy and disclosure agenda in coming years.

This role will join a small team of energetic sustainability practitioners, along with stakeholders across the business and external.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the Sustainability Director, Sustainability Manager and Head of Responsibility to deliver the programs
- Supports data and reporting requirements, including working on the implementation of the new environmental data system roll out
- Support the annual reporting suite, in conjunction with the sustainability manager

**About You**

Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field (business, sustainability practice, communications, policy, law)
- 5-7+ years experience in the following fields (or a mixture) ESG/sustainability roles, corporate responsibility, policy or related and applicable business fields such as strategy, finance, relationship management of strategic communications
- Proven track record of relationship development and management

Ideal
- Experience in ESG practice or reporting within a large corporation
- Experience in creating an Annual Reporting Suite
- Experience in working across project delivery, including comms, events and digital media/production
