**About the Role**:
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Providing executive support to the Public Advocate in the preparation of presentations and agendas, acting as minute secretary and facilitating follow-up action.
- Arranging meetings and conferences, including liaison with senior executives and government officials coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience in office management and executive support to senior executives within a highly sensitive and complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse issues and determine priorities in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines, to take initiative and work under limited direction.
- Extensive skill and experience using Office 365 suit (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint) and an electronic document management system.
