We are seeking a
**Technical Sales Support** team member to provide continuous sales support, technical guidance, advice, and training to internal staff and external clients.

This role is based in Sydney, offers a competitive salary ranging from $80-85k (depending on experience), and reports directly to the Engineering Manager.

**Job Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing quotations and tenders by accurately assessing the requirements of the request.
- Offering technical support to End Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Sales Engineers.
- Conducting presentations to consulting engineers and end users.
- Preparing Technical Equipment Schedules and compliance reports.
- Liaising with manufacturing locations for technical, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Ensuring workflow systems operate effectively and efficiently by preparing all internal process documentation.
- Monitoring local unit stock levels and placing stock orders with the factory.
- Maintaining technical software tools and Project Costing Sheet.
- Monitoring competitor activity and preparing competitor-advantage analysis.
- Providing CRM support for sales and ensuring end-of-month reporting is completed on time.

This role is ideal for a graduate engineer looking to make their mark in a supportive team environment. It is a collaborative role, not having direct reports, but working closely with 2 others in your team.
