What You'll Do
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
 - Promote and sell our full range of wheels, castors, and related hardware products.
 - Provide tailored technical advice and product recommendations.
 - Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
 - Hit sales targets and contribute to our ongoing growth.
 - Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.
 - Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
 - Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
 
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within hardware, industrial supply, or engineering sectors.
 - Strong understanding of mechanical components - experience with wheels, castors, or related products is a plus.
 - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
 - Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals.
 - Technically curious - comfortable learning product specs and translating them into customer solutions.
 - Self-driven and organised, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities.
 - Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track activity and generate reports.
 - Current driver's licence and willingness to travel for client visits and product demonstrations.
