We are looking for a Trust Account Manager for an immediate start in a highly respected agency with a fantastic reputation with both their clients and for taking care of their staff. This agency have great a modern office environment with some nice perks for for their team to enjoy including paid parking and onsite gym.

We are looking for someone with extensive trust accounting experience, that has a comprehensive understanding of real estate legislation and takes pride in their work.

**The Role**
- Daily receipting and banking of rents
- Accurate processing and receipting of tenant EFT, direct debit and cash payments, of which there are few
- Monthly reconciliation of trust account
- Processing of owner & creditor payments
- Entering invoices for both owners and tenants
- Receipting, disbursing and management of rental bonds
- Liaising with the property management team, creditors and service providers to ensure effective client services
- Accurate record keeping, and effective trust account compliance
- Following company procedures to ensure compliance with accounting and other legislative requirements

**Minimum Requirements**
