An opportunity has become available for an experienced Trust Accountant to join this team of savvy operators. The role has the ability to be part time and could work around around school pick ups and drop offs, study commitments or lifestyle.

The Role includes, but will not be limited to...

  • Predominantly rentals trust accounting, some sale trust may be required from time to time
  • Preparing financial reports and statements
  • Receipting & reconciling
  • Daily allocation and processing of invoices
  • Entering details into the database

Required

  • Previous residential trust accounting experience min 2 years ESSENTIAL
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
  • Excellent time management & communication skills
  • MUST RESIDE IN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA
