Key Responsibilities of Trust Account Manager

The role involves daily receipting and banking of rents, accurate processing and receipting of tenant payments, monthly reconciliation of trust accounts, and effective record keeping.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily receipting and banking of rents
  • Accurate processing and receipting of tenant EFT, direct debit and cash payments
  • Monthly reconciliation of trust account
  • Processing of owner & creditor payments
  • Entering invoices for both owners and tenants
  • Receipting, disbursing and management of rental bonds
  • Liaising with the property management team, creditors and service providers to ensure effective client services

Requirements for Success:

  • 2 years experience in Property Management Trust Accounts
