Overview
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full trust accounting function, including:
End-to-end trust account management for commercial property portfolios
Daily reconciliation and maintenance of trust ledgers
Processing tenant payments, rent receipting, and managing arrears
Preparing monthly landlord statements and financial reports
Disbursing funds and maintaining accurate trust records
Ensuring compliance with trust legislation and audit obligations
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and property managers
Qualifications
Proven experience in trust accounting within commercial real estate
The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
A high level of accuracy and a solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Immediate availability to step into the role
