This larger public sector organisation is currently seeking two enthusiastic team leaders to join in a permanent position. As a Team lead, you and one other person will be responsible for a team of 20-22 people with a very supportive and fun culture. WFH options are available on some days.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed Have at least 5 years’ experience in a manager or team lead position Experience leading a busy day to day customer service team (IT, HR, Finance ideally) Ability to effectively manage a team of technical and general staff. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise workload - both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, team motivator who can lead team members to be responsive, consistent, and high performing. Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment. Have PR or be an Australian Citizen
