You will be joining a large company which is the leading manufacturer and supplier of piping solutions within Australia. This company has an environmentally friendly approach and supplies their premium products to commercial infrastructure.

**Your new role**

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing key accounts, and leading a team to deliver best-in-class service levels.

Other duties involve:

- Provide leadership and coaching to the Team, driving a culture of excellence and achievement of service KPIs
- Foster effective communication within the team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of quoting, order processing, and reporting across market segments
- Collaborate and support other internal departments to ensure customer service KPI’s are exceeded
- Administer and support agreed projects, contracts, and key customer transactions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team in internal or external customer service or project administration (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to manage both local and remote team members effectively
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent planning and administration abilities
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and meeting internal and external KPI's
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM programs.
