The Program Lead role manages the program of work comprising key projects and initiatives to maximise performance outcomes, deliver business efficiencies and support the achievement of IFNSW strategic vision of continuous improvement and innovation.

The role will lead a high performing and customer-responsive project team that works strategically to assist the EML claims team through process improvement, opportunities in increasing performance and working with the agencies to improve outcomes.

This will be a full
- time **permanent** position commencing **as soon as possible **based in the **Sydney George Street **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement, forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the Business Unit program function.
- Manage and report on the program of work and projects end-to-end to ensure scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables are sustainably achieved, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve objectives effectively.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all Agency stakeholders, internal clients and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
- Communicating effectively, clarifying and managing key stakeholder expectation and allocating appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and associated regulations
- Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, working within a fast-paced business
- Environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies
