Our client is a nationally recognised organisation, going through an exciting period of growth within the health sector. With this growth a new requirement for a TA business partner with previous health care experience based in north Sydney with a salary of up $130,000k plus super.

**Your new role**

Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will work closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams across the business to recruit within niche markets.

Your Duties will include:

- Recruiting within a niche market
- Be highly detail orientated
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong searching skills using seek and LinkedIn
- Recruitment for roles across the whole business
- End to end recruitment experience
- Supporting the leadership team with talent management
- Workforce planning
- Attraction, retention and engagement
- General HR administrative tasks.
