**Public Sector People** are working with a local council in the south suburbs (LOGAN) of Brisbane to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partners for a temporary contract position for 3 months with the possibility for extension

Reporting to the HR Talent Partner the successful applicant will act as part of the People and Culture Branch, the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Partner program provides consulting advice and services, including end to end recruitment and selection, advertising and stakeholder engagement.

The program is filled with passionate individuals who are committed to working together to hire, develop and retain great people.

- Band 5 - $48 p/h + super (open to negotiation)

**About the Role**
- You will be a core member of our Talent Acquisition team.
- sourcing and screening internal and external talent to fill a variety of roles within different branches within the organisation.
- Conduct proactive sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
- Accurate and timely preparation of letters of offer to be issued to new starters.
maintain clients brand.
- Qualifications in Business, Human Resource Management, Organisation Development. (Desirable)
- Local, State or Federal government experience (Highly desirable)
- Demonstrated internal recruitment or agency recruitment experience.
- Proficient with Linkedin Recruiter and Seek Talent search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals of workforce planning and talent management.
- Detailed knowledge of and advanced skills in the use of various selection tools (including but not limited to psychometric testing,
video interviewing, online screening, assessment centres).
