Commencing immediately, a highly reputable market leader is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join in a full-time, permanent capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Collect new employee forms, such as bank details, TFN, and superannuation information.
- Assist with the new employee onboarding process.
- Publish and remove job ads as needed.
- Partner with various business arms to acquire talent.
- Collaborate with external agencies.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-employment and reference checks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with TA Business Partnering.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
