We have an exciting opportunity for a National Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of the Lendlease resourcing team based at their global HQ at Barangaroo. Working in a multidisciplinary People & Culture team you will drive the talent acquisition strategy across the business whilst leading & enabling operational excellence across the recruitment process.

As a senior Recruitment Manager, you will lead the onsite team, including Resourcing Consultants, Coordination and Sourcing to deliver salaried / permanent appointments including the support of graduate & undergraduate campaigns, redeployment, shared coordination, strategic sourcing solutions and D&I initiatives.

This is an RPO opportunity with PeopleScout, the world’s largest Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider managing total workforce solutions that span the global economy. We manage the most complex talent programs through a seamless balance of superior technology and proven expertise that gives our clients the edge in the people business.

We are searching for an individual that is driven to partner with the business in a true leadership role with a strategic focus, with the ability and appetite to drive key projects. Having a background in RPO and demonstrated leadership experience through periods of significant change are desirable. You will also be able to build engagement with a range of senior and diverse stakeholders.

It goes without saying that you will have extensive experience preferably from an in-house recruitment and leadership capability and be able to demonstrate prior success in delivering operational excellence across a talent acquisition function. Preferably degree qualified you will be service orientated, outcomes focused and enjoy working in a team environment. Lastly, experience in the construction or property sector would be highly regarded though not essential.
