Due to a period of growth and development, this high-profile professional services organisation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to advise on and manage the recruitment process for new talent within their teams.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Developing active talent pools to ensure current and future recruitment needs can be addressed in a timely manner.
- Redefining recruitment processes, ensuring that recruitment is streamlined across the business, and carrying out any process improvements that you identify.
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring that service levels and quality are being upheld
- Advising managers on the recruitment process including creating interview guides for managers.

To be successful you will bring:

- Previous experience recruiting within Professional or Financial Services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to think strategically about future business needs.
- Experience within a Senior Talent Acquisition role is a must.
- Be highly organised and be able to manage competing priorities in a professional and timely manner
