Playing a critical role in Lendlease’s People Strategy we are currently searching for a Head of Talent Acquisition to drive and execute a regional resourcing strategy that targets key capabilities through effective sourcing strategies, internal talent mobility, and data-driven market insights.

As you lead the transition from an RPO solution to an inhouse model you will build and lead a multi-disciplinary team of Talent Acquisition specialists to deliver end to end recruitment activity that includes executing a First Nations Resourcing strategy across a diverse workforce for both white and blue collar, early careers, contingent and redeployees. As you build Lendlease’s brand recognition in market you will drive a customer-centric, continuous improvement mindset within the team, including use of leading-edge digital technology. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will drive consistency across region and a reduction in agency utilisation whilst seeking opportunities for improvement through automation and digitisation.

**We would like to hear from you if have.**
- Experience developing and operationalising strategies aligned to diversity groups preferably within First Nations, gender, all abilities and racial minorities.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience in a complex environment with competing business priorities.
- Experience working through large scale transformation work and demonstrable resilience while driving change adoption.
- Successful design and delivery of talent acquisition strategy.
- Desirable working with cloud-based TA software (Reejig) & working with SaaS partners
