**About Us**

i-LAN TECHNOLOGY Pty Ltd is a trusted distributor of IT and networking equipment in Australia. We supply leading-edge networking products to a broad client base, including resellers, system integrators, and IT service providers. Due to continued growth, we're seeking a reliable and adaptable **IT Sales and Support Officer** to join our small, friendly, and supportive team.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple functions. You'll primarily support sales and customer service but may also assist in technical support, marketing, logistics, and training. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process purchase orders, payments, and coordinate shipping or customer pickups
- Prepare and support internal and external training or product presentations
- Contribute to marketing, product support, and other office tasks as needed
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer experience

**What We're Looking For**

**Essential Skills**
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Time management, task ownership, and a proactive attitude
- Team player with willingness to support multiple roles in the company
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building customer trust

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- General knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, etc.)
- Basic programming or scripting experience
- AI prompting tools or workflow automation familiarity
- Photography or video content creation for marketing or training

**What We Offer**
- $60,000 - $70,000 base salary (based on experience) + superannuation
- Annual $2,000 salary increment
- 4 weeks paid annual leave
- Long service leave (after 10 years)
- Stable employment under the National Employment Standards (NES)
