Express Metal Products proudly operates a state-of-the-art laser cutting facility, and we're currently looking for a dedicated team member to fill the role of a part-time Operations Support Officer or Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our General Manager in enhancing critical functions, including Corporate Governance, Finance (MYOB), HR, Dispatch, IT, Marketing, and Production (Operations).
- Provide essential Administration Support, handling telephone inquiries, customer interactions, document management, inventory control, invoice processing, and basic reconciliations.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions in MYOB and our ERP software - the primary responsibility for the successful applicant.

- Potential involvement in various teams, such as IT, Human Resources, Production, and Estimating.

**What We Offer**:

- Introductory rate: $25-$30 per hour.
- Permanent part-time position with a 6-month probationary period, with a view to full-time if you desire.

- Flexibility is a key perk of this role, allowing you to tailor your schedule between 7:30 am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to suit your needs.
- Customer service or retail experience.
- Familiarity with diverse systems.
- Background in manufacturing environments.
- MYOB proficiency (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, etc.).
- Exposure to IT support, development, or administration.
- Dispatch, HR, small or medium business, or any management experience.
- Manual license.
