Able Air and Electrical Solutions are one of the leading technical services contractors in the Brisbane area, providing 24/7 breakdown services for HVAC-R, Electrical, Data and Communications systems. A well-established business, Able Air and Electrical Solutions has a vision to become the 'go-to' contractor for emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance in South East QLD.
Due to continued strong growth in our business, we are seeking an internal Bookkeeper/office allrounder to join our team and take a leading role in business operations. The position reports directly to the General Manager and is a key part of our teams’ strategic growth.
Responsibilities of your new position:
- All Aspects of Business bookkeeping requirements.
- Account reconciliations.
- Weekly Payroll.
- Handling Workcover, insurance and all other licensing and compliance requirements.
- Taxation compliance and liaison with our accountant.
- Company Performance monitoring via our Dashboard system.
- Assistance to the operations team with tasks such as, purchasing, Quoting, Ordering materials.
- General Administration Functions.
- Be a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry
Your attributes and experience:
- You will be a strong organiser.
- Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients.
- Experience with XERO and excel. Knowledge of AROFLO and advantage but not essential.
- Able to make decisions on the fly.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a common-sense approach.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on previous experience.
Part time 20hrs week with scope for growth. Office based role.
