**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate, client-focused innovator to lead a portfolio of shared living homes across Greater Sydney and the ACT. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive impactful change through inspiring and innovative leadership, ensuring client choice, empowerment, and goal achievement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute and embed regional operational plans to achieve Sunnyfield's strategic objectives and performance outcomes.
- Inspire and continuously improve workforce and cultural performance, financial viability, innovation, and growth.
- Strengthen and expand service delivery to enrich the lives of people with disability.
