Is this the role for you?As the Regional Business Sales Manager for the Northern Region (NSW, ACT, QLD & NT) , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Ricoh's Sales Teams (Direct and Indirect) across all customer segments and portfolios.
This senior leadership position is focused on fostering a high-performance sales culture, driving new business, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Oversee day-to-day sales operations across multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
Mentor and coach state-based Sales Management teams to achieve their full potential.
Review and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand Ricoh's customer base and strengthen our presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
Seek new business opportunities, secure contracts, and collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the Ricoh brand within the region.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and regularly report actual performance against budget, including variance analyses and revised projections.
Set performance objectives to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
To be successful in this role: Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior sales leadership position.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams or sites, achieving KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
Extensive experience in budget management and setting performance objectives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational issues.
