A very respected Financial & Sales business that has a global presence and is the leader in its market. It is a dynamic SME business with a stable and consistent revenue source.

**Your new role**
As a Learning & Development Manager you will be the training leader of the company, providing full training to new and existing customers. You will have a focus on sales training across a multi site national spread of employees. The learning solutions you will oversee will be a revenue generating part of the business. You will not be required to design the specific training material, or facilitate yourself - you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementing the growth of the team. Other responsibilities include:

- Creating and implementing learning solutions according the business strategy
- Manage all aspects about customer needs, employee cycle, product, service design, leadership, engagement and communication.
- Come up with new training systems and techniques.
- Identify the training needs

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will need relevant experience as a L&D professional and designing and implementing not only learning projects, but also with programs. In addition to that you will demonstrate to have excellent communication, team building, organisation and leadership skills. Ideally you will have worked in a commercial or consulting type environment.
