- Currently expanding into Asia and looking to open new locations in a selection of business savvy locations over the next 12 months, such as Singapore, Beijing & Hong Kong

- Showing prospective new tenants around the companies CBD portfolio
- Leading a team of concierge staff
- Work on community events
- Create strong relations with tenants of the office to ensure they are receiving a good service
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and sales channelsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following requirements:

- Proven success in a team lead/supervisor position and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and communication desired
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- High level of customer service / relationship building skills

**Salary**

Up to $60,000 + super & bonus
