- We’re seeking a customer-focused and organised Flex Manager to lead the operations of our two Flex by ISPT Canberra locations situated at 4 National Circuit, Barton and 18 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone who thrives in managing premium meeting and workspace experiences, ensuring service excellence, and building strong client relationships.
- Each day at Flex by ISPT is dynamic and varied, with your time spent ensuring that our tenants and guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You’ll start by managing booking enquiries, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring AV equipment is ready for use. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate catering orders, assist with any tech issues, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the facility. You’ll also engage with customers, offering exceptional service, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and managing the flow of operations. Your attention to detail will be key in keeping our workspace running smoothly while also contributing to the ongoing growth of Flex by ISPT through sales and community-building activities.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage daily operations including bookings, enquiries, room set-up, AV/tech support, and catering coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary contact for all guests and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, building management, and external contractors
- Support marketing and business development initiatives to drive occupancy, and contribute to precinct events and community engagement activities
- Preparation of financial reporting, responsibility over budgeting and financial tracking
- Overall responsibility for management of the Flex team including coordination of appropriate site coverage across the two Canberra Flex locations

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in property, flexible work / coworking industry, customer facing hospitality, or workspace management
- Previous experience to financial reporting / budgeting / financial tracking
- Confident multitasker with strong communication and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Calm under pressure and committed to delivering top-tier service
