**Your New role**:
Our Clubhouse Manager is a natural leader who thrives on getting the most out of their team. They have a strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities and enjoy being across all facets of the Clubhouse’s operations.

Our Clubhouse Manager is driven to fill our Clubhouse with members and understands the importance of creating and maintaining an engaged community. They also have financial acumen and are able to navigate complex profit and loss accounts.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Nurture a thriving team culture_**
- Conduct and document weekly WIPs with your direct reports, along with monthly follow-ups, quarterly coaching sessions and professional development recommendations
- Facilitate open and ongoing conversations amongst the team around feedback and improving our personal and collective performance;
- Support learning, training and development for your team (in liaison with HR team) to ensure employee satisfaction and retention;
- Ensure your team has accurate and timely metrics to measure their performance;
- Facilitate training of new systems and procedures to your team when required ;

**_Community Management and Member Experience_**
- Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications;
- Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of topical, charitable and member-related events at a local level;
- Work with your team to deliver a customer experience that is so great that people want to recommend us to others;
- Work closely with your team to ensure your Clubhouse is aligned with the National Experience Datasheet Systems (EDS);
- Ownership of billing for your Clubhouse; including managing the Hub Australia delinquents process
- Resolve member complaints referring to Hub’s member policies and licence/membership agreements where applicable.

**_Member Retention & Development_**
- Take responsibility for member retention metrics, implementation of initiatives to improve stats and work towards 100% occupancy and reduced churn rates;
- Working with the General Manager to convert sales and reach sales targets;
- Leading weekly Clubhouse tours and tours for special guests of Hub;
- Liaise with Marketing team to ensure effective marketing and sales strategies for Hub in your city and nationally;
- Management of member accounts - leading member check ins and renewal negotiations;
- Seeking out new business development opportunities via networking events.

**_Clubhouse Operations_**
- Provide feedback on current systems and procedures to improve company effectiveness and member experiences;
- Supervise all member movements (entry and exit condition reports) to ensure we offer a quality experience to our members;
- Manage all building operations to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction possible and completing Clubhouse walkthroughs;
- Manage and maintain relationships with contractors, building management, and landlords;
- Make recommendations to our physical space on any repairs, maintenance or updates required for the Clubhouse;
- Manage and analyse Zendesk tickets to identify and resolve issues within your Clubhouse;
- Know and be able to implement safety plans, i.e. fire and emergency plans.

**_Manage Clubhouse P&L_**
- Monthly Clubhouse P&L ensuring revenue targets and EBITDA are met or exceeded;
- Complete month-end P&L audit report for your General Manager;
- Ownership of clubhouse expenses, ensuring we maintain or ahead of budget;
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and coordinate regular variance statements

**Key skills & experience**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing a diverse team
- Previous sales and business development experience
- A strong desire to take ownership of all facets of Clubhouse operation
- Experience in P&L ownership
- Ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions focused
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail along with strong time management skills
- A passion for growing business and engagement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem
