Are you an experienced Modern Workplace (M365) / SharePoint Consultant who has 'hit the ceiling' and is looking for a chance to step-up and lead a team delivering cutting-edge Microsoft solutions to organisations nationally?

We are seeking an innate leader to drive a talented team towards successful delivery of innovative Modern Workplace (M365) / SharePoint projects to an absolute blue-chip customer-base.

**The Role**:
This role offers a great opportunity to join a high-performing and passionate delivery team. As the Modern Workplace (M365) / SharePoint Lead Consultant/Practice Lead you will be:

- Hugely experienced with designing and delivering, from end-to-end, enterprise-level Modern Workplace/M365/SharePoint solutions
- A strong communicator and facilitator with skills that clearly set you apart from the pack
- Understanding of the current versions of the Microsoft solution stack (primarily Modern Workplace/M365/SharePoint) and their roles in providing a complete customer solution
- Able to multi-task, drive various engagements and oversee various teams under your direction
- Well networked with a deep understanding around business, technology and market trends
- Experienced at business case writing, documenting technology roadmaps and able to construct and run projects/initiatives
- Proven success in designing and delivering technology solutions to customer requirements
- Experienced in both a vendor and client environment
- An excellent conceptual, lateral and practical/pragmatic thinker
- Able to act as a trusted advisor to clients, with sound product and solution knowledge and experience.
