Talent International is searching for an experienced **End of User - Desktop Support (M365 Administrator)** to join our client, a large entity in the aviation industry. This is a 12-month contract based at **Brisbane Airport**.

**About the role**:
An opportunity to join a dynamic and highly recognisable organisation to assist users in becoming more productive with MS 365 technologies.

The environment consists of Enterprise SaaS/PaaS & IaaS solutions, underpinned by MS 365 for end user devices, Teams/AV, SSO Identity, so as a custodian of these key platform, you will work closely with the wider team, support partners and vendors to ensure that internal customers are receiving great service when new needs arise or when things do go wrong.

**You will bring to the role**:
Proficiency across Microsoft 365 and can demonstrate knowledge, aptitude and appreciation for good governance and discipline as it applies to IT operations, security, and service. You will have the ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders and provide white-glove support across all internal customers.

**As well as**:

- Minimum 8 years of IT Helpdesk/support experience in Windows Desktop environments.
- Microsoft 365 Certifications in any relevant areas will be appreciated (e.g., Modern Desktop, Teams, Enterprise Admin, Messaging)
- Experience working in a Microsoft 365 suite environment, with a key skill requirement is around Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager with Autopilot as part of the broader M365/Azure AD suite supporting Windows and iOS endpoints.
- Experience within a corporate environment or managed service provider (200+ user).
- A general IT awareness and ability to recognize problems and solutions independently
- High level of experience on SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-prem
- Working experience on Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Exchange on-prem
- Experience with Intune (Autopilot) and iPad MDM (Intune)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot both level 1 and 2 computer, mobile devices, network, and printer issues
- An ability to prepare and deliver high quality end user training / support material.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
