An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
SharePoint Support Officer
to provide support and site administration for SharePoint and associate sites. The role works closely with our Digital Team and internal/external clients.

troubleshooting and technical support, configuration, workflow logic and migrations
The role is responsible for assisting with requests and incidents in line with agreed SLAs
and

training and develop
ment of
training resources (and associated documentation) for users, content providers and managers of the SharePoint
sites
Who are you?

supporting the KBR ecosystem including Nintex and MS Power Platform.
**Other requirements include**:
Knowledge of SharePoint functions
and
technical support
Sound analytical capabilities
Completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
