The Opportunity

We're looking for a M365 Solutions Engineer to join our growing team.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused — building apps, automations, BI dashboards, and modern workplace solutions across M365 and the Power Platform. This role offers a career pathway into solution architecture and consulting for someone ready to take the next step in their career.

What you'll do

  • Deliver projects across Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Build and configure apps, automations, workflows, and BI dashboards.
  • Lead migrations and integrations (SharePoint Online, Teams, M365).
  • Collaborate with senior architects on solution design and client delivery.
  • Script and automate tasks with PowerShell.
  • Apply foundational coding skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS where needed.
  • Document solutions and contribute to delivery standards.
  • Stay across emerging Microsoft tools such as Copilot, AI Builder, and Dynamics 365.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years' experience working hands-on with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform is required.
  • Strong delivery capability across Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
  • Demonstrated skills in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
  • Capabilities in PowerShell scripting are required.
  • Foundational knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Azure integration (Logic Apps, connectors) is desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, SC-400 or similar) highly regarded.
  • A growth mindset and ambition to develop into a Solutions Architect.
