Talent International is searching for an experienced **SharePoint Technical Lead** to join a large **State Government Department.**

**About the role**:
Our client is migrating their existing SharePoint 2016 (on-premise) content, including the client intranet to SharePoint Online (in the Cloud). This is a business-driven project, not a technical 'lift and shift' migration.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will perform development, solution design, and support activities, and has the following outcomes/accountabilities:

- Development / configuration of SharePoint Online, including Sites, page templates, Term Store, webparts, forms and workflows for technical readiness for adoption of SharePoint Online
- Configuration and implementation of a modern intranet on SharePoint Online
- Testing (such as performance and integration testing) where required
- Support of CI/CD Azure DevOps Pipelines, monitor the progress of GitHub actions for feature set matches and migration of these at an appropriate time
- Documentation for technical solutions, processes and activities, and transfer of knowledge to technical support teams
- Working in an agile environment and ensure requirements are met for successful project delivery in migrating the existing SharePoint 2016 On-prem content to SharePoint Online

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in migrations to SharePoint Online
- Demonstrated experience in designing, creating, and supporting PowerApps and Power Platform technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience in building forms and workflows in SharePoint Online
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SAS based technologies
- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders working in an agile environment such as Scrum
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
