Our client is one of the leading global freights forwarding and logistics service provider and due to recent developments, they are looking for an Inbound Manager to join their Operations Team.

**BROAD SCOPE**:
Import/Export manager shall monitors and performs accurately operation and billing related duties performs Monthly closing

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- file pre-Alert and evidence docs and validate
- Run and manage In-transit List (Internal Master File)
- Verify Ship Info
- file customs declaration and transfer
- Monitor the status of shipments (Track and Trace)
- Update tracking information onto the system
- Duty payment verification and customs clearance Monitoring
- Ordering Truck interval and Monitoring plan and actual time
- Truck W/H arrival Monitoring / Confirm and Managing GR (Good Receive)
- Validate billing information and update/adjust info on the system
- STO(Stock Transfer Order) / Export shipments Management
- Managing and Monitoring service provider performance (KPI)
- and need to do actual operation in the future
- Regular reporting to Operation manger

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: _
- Bachelor degree
- Residence Visa or Citizen
- EXPERIENCE: _
- Experience in similar role is 7 years
- Customs experience is preferred
- SKILLS: _
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Australian Customs process

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
