Our client is seeking a Life Sales Specialist to actively manage inbound and outbound calls, handle leads strategically and educate customers on the benefits of life insurance. You will play a key role in both member acquisition and retention by providing tailored solutions within a general advice model.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls linked to campaigns and member needs
  • Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, using sales and objection handling strategies
  • Clearly explain product benefits and answer customer questions
  • Address member concerns to reinforce the value of their insurance
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of member information
  • Meet sales targets and deliver quality service consistently
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in a call centre sales environment
  • Experience in life insurance or financial services a bonus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team
  • Positive, resilient attitude under pressure
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools like MS Office and Outlook
